Applications for Elastollan® TPUs
- For applications including shoe soles, accessories, ski boot shells and technical moldings like seals, caster wheels and tubing - look at our B grades.
- For applications such as spiral and pneumatic tubing, round and V belting and products such as bushings, dust caps, seals, blow molded bellows and mining screens - consider our C series.
- For automotive body and rocker panels, underbody sealants, technical molding such as plugs and ski tips and other applications calling for high impact resistance, high modulus, a low COF and expansion comparable with metals and a formulation that is easy to paint - look at our R grades.
- For products like shoe soles, tubes, caster wheels and top pieces for applications requiring good wear properties and good dampening characteristics - see our S grades.
- For parts requiring a superb level of durability - look into our 500 series. Need a TPU for decorative parts or for dampening applications for sports shoes, ski tips, tubes and films - our 600 series might be for your application. Our 800 series of TPUs are for belting film and sheet applications and for extruded film applications.
- For applications such as cable sheathing, plugs and terminations, spiral tubing, film, ski boot shells, animal ear tags and special products such as mining screens, railroad pads and seals - check out our 1100 grades.
- Our 1200 series of TPU grades are noted for their ease of processing for calendaring application and low melt applications.
